What exactly is the 100% Glow Hard Guarantee?

We understand that everyone is different — we’re happy to help you find a replacement product that you absolutely love. If we’re not a great match, no hard feelings! We’ll refund your order!

If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your Skorcha products, please contact us within 30 days of your order delivery date!

Note: Glow Hard Guarantee is only applicable to products produced by Skorcha and purchased via the Skorcha Website.

  Other products, sold on the Skorcha website are excluded from the Glow Hard Guarantee, as well as products not bearing the Skorcha brand.

The Glow Hard Guarantee only applies to first orders.

What is your return policy?

We currently do not accept returns – please gift any unused products with which you are not satisfied to friends or family who want to be a part of Skorcha Squad!

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
